MDLook 是一款本地运行的 macOS Markdown 阅读器。
我们不收集任何数据。MDLook 没有账号系统，不含统计分析、崩溃上报或广告 SDK，不会把你的文档内容、文件名、使用习惯或设备信息发送给开发者或任何第三方。
本地文件。MDLook 运行在 macOS App 沙盒中，只读取你主动打开的文件。当文档引用同目录下的图片或其他文件时，MDLook 会请你授权一次该文件夹；授权以 security-scoped bookmark 的形式保存在你本机，仅用于读取，随时可以在「设置」里撤销。MDLook 不会修改或上传任何文件。
网络访问。所有渲染所需的脚本与样式（highlight.js、KaTeX、Mermaid）都随应用打包，MDLook 自身不访问网络。唯一的例外是你的文档里通过 URL 引用的远程图片：这类请求由系统 WebKit 直接向该 URL 发起，MDLook 不会记录或转发。
Quick Look 扩展。Finder 预览扩展与主程序遵循同样的原则，只读取被预览的文件。
购买信息。MDLook Pro 的购买与恢复由 App Store 处理，交易凭证由系统校验，开发者不会收到你的 Apple 账号、支付方式或任何可识别身份的信息。
儿童隐私。MDLook 不面向 13 岁以下儿童收集任何信息，事实上它不收集任何人的信息。

MDLook is a Markdown reader for macOS that runs entirely on your Mac.
We collect no data. MDLook has no accounts, no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising SDKs. Your documents, file names, usage and device information are never sent to the developer or to any third party.
Local files. MDLook runs in the macOS App Sandbox and only reads files you open. When a document references images or other files in its folder, MDLook asks once for access to that folder. The grant is stored on your Mac as a security-scoped bookmark, is used for reading only, and can be revoked at any time in Settings. MDLook never modifies or uploads your files.
Network access. All rendering scripts and styles (highlight.js, KaTeX, Mermaid) ship inside the app; MDLook itself makes no network requests. The only exception is remote images your documents reference by URL: those requests are made by the system WebKit engine directly to that URL and are not logged or relayed by MDLook.
Quick Look extension. The Finder preview extension follows the same rules and only reads the file being previewed.
Purchases. MDLook Pro is purchased and restored through the App Store. Receipts are validated by the system; the developer never receives your Apple Account, payment method or any information that identifies you.
Children's privacy. MDLook does not collect information from children under 13, or from anyone else.
Changes. Any change will be published on this page with an updated date.
